Camgrow Returns Policy
Welcome to Camgrow! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and you may need to return an item. This policy outlines your options and how to make a smooth return with us.
Your 30-day right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order and return any item purchased on camgrow.com within 30 days of receiving it, even if you simply change your mind. You will receive a full refund for the item.
Returning faulty or damaged items:
If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a free return and full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will also cover the cost of reasonable return postage within the UK. For international customers, please contact our customer service team for specific instructions and postage arrangements.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@camgrow.co.uk or 01223 424646 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Inform them of your intent to return and the reason for return.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. - Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the package back to the following address: Unit 1, Cottage Industrial Estate, Fen Road, Cambridge, CB4 1UN
Return shipping costs:
- For unwanted items returned within 30 days (both UK and international), you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
- For faulty or damaged items within the UK, we will cover the cost of reasonable return postage.
- For international returns of faulty or damaged items, please contact our customer service team for specific arrangements.
Processing your return:
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Returning items from outside the UK:
International customers returning items within the 30-day cancellation period are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note that customs charges may apply for shipments returning from outside the UK. These are your responsibility to cover. Please note:
- Refunds will not include any expedited delivery charges paid.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept seeds or used equipment returns.
- If your return is deemed ineligible, the item will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
