Grow Genius Mono-Silicic Acid is not a registered organic product, but it is compatible with mycorrhizae and bacteria-friendly growing techniques at the application rates we recommend. Silicon is not harmful to most beneficial microorganisms, and low levels of ethanol’s are digestible by many soil-borne bacteria and fungi.
Our Mono-Silicic Acid is highly concentrated, with just 0.03.ml/L in solution, providing the benefit of treating trace elements as vitamins, not food. Mono-Silicic Acid, also known as orthosilicic and silicic acid, has powerful effects at very small dosages, requiring less input overall and leading to better outcomes for your plants.
Enhances natural growth and defences for larger, healthier plants with improved resistance to:
• Powdery mildew, Botrytis, black spot, and other fungal pathogens.
• Thrips, mites, aphids, and other biting and piercing pests.
• Heat stress, water stress, and damage from high winds/pruning.
• Toxicity from heavy metals and other undesirable elements in the soil.

To achieve greater strength, higher yields, faster growth, and improved stress resistance, follow these guidelines:

  • Apply 0.3 ml per 10 litres of water or nutrient solution on a weekly basis.
  • Administer the solution either by hand watering or through an irrigation system.
  • Utilize this method from seed germination or cutting propagation up to a few weeks prior to harvest.

To build defences against pests, mould, and other fungal pathogens:

  • Apply every two weeks as a foliar spray at a rate of 0.5ml per litre of water.
  • Use from germination/propagation until just before harvest with fruits, vegetables, salads, herbs, and cut flowers.
  • Stop foliar application at early flowering on species with dense or compact flowers, especially indoors or in cold or damp weather.
  • Do not spray under full lights, in strong sunlight, or in temperatures over 30°C

Items less than 2kg in weight can be sent throughout the UK and N.Ireland at our standard postal rates by Royal Mail

Northern Ireland £25 up to 10kg in weight, £1.25 per kilo thereafter

Republic of Ireland £35 up to 5 kilos in weight, £2.75 per kilo thereafter
